If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Cloud PM, you may request a return and we will gladly provide a refund. You can request a return for up to 30 days from the date you have purchased your Cloud PM subscription. (*) (**)

To initiate a refund request, please email us at billing@cloud-pm.com with the subject line "Request for Refund: Name of Your Company". Our dedicated team will promptly address your inquiry and ensure that you receive your refund shortly. Rest assured, our team will take care of the refund process, and there is no need for you to take any further action.

* We are offering a 1 month (or longer) free testing account to all our clients. If the client tests the web application and later subscribes to the same, no refund will be issued.

** The issued refund will be for the value of 11 months subscription fee. We reserve the right to keep a 1 month subscription fee to cover the Credit Card fees and the refund expenses.
